How can I place an Order?
Our website is the fastest and most convenient secure method for placing an order with us. Just browse through our store and if you see something you like, click on it to find more information about the product. To order the product, click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. If you wish to continue shopping – click on ‘continue shopping’ otherwise proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your credit card has been authorized for payment and products are ready to be shipped – you will receive an email to confirm payment verification and a tracking number.
Am I able to place an order by phone or fax?
Yes we also offer this service. You may order by phone at +685 21414 or Fax +685 29965 from 9am – 4pm. Please have ready product codes for your order.
How long does it take to process my order?
All our Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, business days M-F, excluding national holidays.
If your order has been pending for a long period of time, it may be caused by the following
- Your Payment and Billing details are being reviewed again by our staff
- Your item ordered is out of stock therefore is backordered
- Online Purchase was made during a holiday or during the weekend in American Samoa.
It is normal procedure for one of our Support Staff to contact you within 2 business days from date of order to inform you of any delays. If this has not been done please don’t hesitate to email us at email@example.com
We also offer free in store pickups at our three locations – Beach Road, Apia, Salelologa, Savaii and American Samoa. The person coming in to pick up the order must be the same person you entered in the delivery address during checkout. EveniPacific will to make contact with this person and he/she will be asked to come in with a picture form ID. Passports and Drivers License are accepted forms of identification.
A valid form of identification is one of the following:
- Valid Passport
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid Country ID

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Saturday 8am to 1pm
When will my credit card be charged?
Your order will be charged as soon as you receive a tracking number for your shipment.
Where does EveniPacific ship to?
EveniPacific ships to all US domestic addresses including Alaska and Hawaii.
What shipping carriers does EveniPacific use?
All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and subject to delivery schedule for your region.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
No. Currently EveniPacific does not offer that option. It will however in the near future. Please email us your situation and we can offer a list of available solutions to best suit your needs.
Do you have a size chart?
Yes – please refer here for Size Chart. We highly recommend if you haven’t bought any of our apparel products to check size chart before ordering to avoid any disappointments!
Am I able to cancel my order?
Yes – you are able to cancel your order within 20 days from the purchase date. Products must be accompanied by its original invoice, plastic packaging, tags, unworn and unwashed.
Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. Credit will post to your account approximately 3 days upon receipt of goods. It may take up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
Please note we charge a 10% restocking fee.
Am I able to return my order and exchange for another product?
Yes – we accept all returns within 20 days from the purchase date. Products must be accompanied by its original invoice, plastic packaging, tags, unworn and unwashed.

We offer free shipping for all exchanges to USA.
Sales Tax and Customs Regulations
Goods and/or services purchased for use in Samoa are subject to the Government of Samoa’s Value Added on Goods and Services Tax (VAGST) of 15%. All export orders are not subject to VAGST.
All orders being sent internationally will be advised on Customs Fees and Regulations as soon as your order is confirmed. Please note that some countries have strict regulations on packaging, labelling and the type of export which may lead to a higher cost. We would advise you the best solution made available.
